Ordering and Payment Information Page

Ordering
     Orders may be placed online using e-mail, by fax, by mail or by phone. We will give priority status to orders that are placed via e-mail and or fax over phone orders. Please use our printable order form for fax and mailing orders. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment conformation. First time buyers must fill out the Distributorship Application form.

Payment
     All major Credit Cards, such as Visa, Master Card, Discover/Novus, American Express are accepted as a method of payment. Your credit card information should be included in your order which can be made by made by phone, fax or mail. Personal and Company checks can be used as a method of payment by mail. Money orders and certified banks checks are also accepted by mail. All orders must be prepaid, and personal/business checks must clear before products are shipped.

Returning the "Kit"
     
You may return the distributor kit within 30 days for a refund of $225.00 (minus $24.95 shipping and handling). You must return all garments (10 items) included in the "Kit" in the same condition as when originally shipped, including tags. You may keep the brochures & the marketing materials.

Guarantee
   If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from us, we will accept its exchange/return within 30 days of receipt.. All merchandise must be in their original condition and packaging with tags, bags and hangers if applicable. Any items returned that need tags, bags, hangers and folding will be charged $20.00 per hour to make presentable for resale. Shipping charges are not refundable.
* Special orders, Bulk Orders and any items with embroidery or screen printing are not returnable.

All items being returned for any reason must have an RMA #. Click here for the forms needed.

Exchanges/Credit
      All items being returned must have a valid RMA # before they are returned. Items returned for exchange/credit will be given 100% value towards new purchases. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. * All merchandise must be in their original condition and packaging with tags, bags and hangers if applicable.
Returns
