How to become a Distributor: To become a distributor you must buy the "Distributors kit" which includes ten of our most popular uniforms garments, permanent fabric samples, order forms and our Distributors Manual. We have made a list of the most popular uniform styles and colors of which you will choose the colors and sizes for your kit. Once you sign-up as a distributor you will be entitled to make unlimited purchases of our uniforms at wholesale prices. The cost of the "Distributors Kit" is only $249.95.

Distributor's membership fee: The first year membership fee is free with the "Kit". If you wish to continue to purchase uniforms at wholesale prices you must renew your membership fee for $39.00 (thirty nine) every year. If you fail to renew your membership within 30 days of renewal notice, you have to purchase the "Kit" to become distributor again. The membership is free for those who purchase at least $6000.00 ( six thousand ) worth of uniforms yearly, which is only $ 500.00 per month average.
Returning the "Kit": You may return the distributor kit within 30 days for a refund of $225.00 (minus $24.95 shipping and handling). You must return all garments (10 items) included in the "Kit" in the same condition as when originally shipped, including tags. You may keep the brochures & the marketing materials.
Members only Business Resource Pages: Once you become a Uniformplus.com distributor you will have unlimited access to the "Members Only" area. There you will be able to download and print your own customized price list, order forms etc. You will also have access to the addresses and phone numbers of all medical offices in your area as well as a street map showing there locations. There will be occasional "specials" on products available in the members area. We will also keep you informed about the industry & marketing strategy. Soon will be able to order online and "Track" your order.
